Matspace pilot terms Version 2026-09-24-pilot-1 About this service Matspace is provided by latelier de rachit. These initial pilot terms describe your use of Matspace and can be discussed with Matspace at rachit@1humanos.com. Legal review is pending. They do not replace rights or protections that applicable law gives you. Your account Use an email address you control and accurate account information. Keep sign-in links private. Adult account holders must be at least 19; a parent or legal guardian manages a child’s profile and confirms their authority. Notify Matspace if you believe an account or guardian permission is incorrect. Your studio The studio is responsible for its classes, instructors, prices, membership eligibility, cancellation and refund policies, participation requirements and uploaded waivers. Matspace provides the software and records. Creating a profile does not reserve a place, complete a waiver, purchase membership or authorise a payment. Check the class and purchase confirmation before relying on a booking or access period. Memberships and payments A purchase must show its price, currency, applicable tax, included access, expiry and any renewal terms before confirmation. Student fees are separate from a studio’s Matspace software subscription. Online payment status is confirmed by the payment provider; cash or transfer records require studio confirmation. A failed payment does not authorise another collection method. Contact the studio about its charges, cancellations and refunds, and Matspace about a software or record error. Studio administration and migration Only authorised people may manage a studio or import its records. Owners choose access roles and remain responsible for verifying imported identities, balances, prepaid periods and the end of prior recurring collection. Imported data does not transfer payment credentials or create consent. Multiple Owners are supported; ownership changes require explicit acceptance and must leave the business with authorised ownership. Documents and communications Read the current Matspace terms and privacy notice and the studio’s required participation documents. Electronic acceptance records identify the account, version and time. Optional promotional communications are separate from necessary service messages and can be declined without losing training access. Responsible use and support Do not access another person’s records without authority, upload unlawful material or interfere with the service. Matspace may restrict access to address misuse or security concerns. The pilot may change or experience interruptions. Contact Matspace for help, correction or export requests; contact the studio for training and membership decisions. Closing an account does not by itself cancel a studio contract or settle outstanding charges. Changes and questions Updated terms are identified by version. Review changes presented to you before continuing a journey that requires acceptance. No clause here excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
