Contact Matspace at rachit@1humanos.com for privacy questions, access, correction, export or deletion requests. This notice describes the initial pilot service. Its legal review is pending. Your account and studio records Matspace uses your name and email to identify your account and send sign-in links. Your studio uses profiles, age and guardian relationships, membership access, class bookings, attendance, training records, messages and signed documents to operate its services. Staff and authorised guardians receive access according to their responsibilities. A payer or emergency contact does not automatically receive access to a child’s records. Imports and documents A studio may import existing member and membership records from its previous system. Imported history is identified as historical information; an import does not create a new payment or signature. The studio supplies its own participation documents. Signing records the document version and content fingerprint, signer, participant, relationship, acknowledgement and time. Payments and providers Where enabled, Stripe processes online payments. Matspace stores relevant transaction identifiers, amounts and payment status; payment card credentials are entered with the payment provider. Studios may also record confirmed offline payments. Matspace uses Supabase for account and database services, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for service email. Providers may process information outside Canada; a Canadian database location does not mean all processing remains in Canada. Your choices Essential account and operational communications are separate from optional promotional messages. Studio promotions, Matspace news and partner offers have separate choices, off by default. You can change them in Your account. Importing a contact does not grant marketing permission. Guardian choices apply to the adult’s account. Security, retention and requests Matspace uses access controls and audit records to protect account and studio information. No service can promise absolute security. Records may need to be retained for studio operations, payment reconciliation, disputes, security and applicable obligations. Deletion may require the studio’s involvement and may not remove records immediately from backups. Contact Matspace to discuss a request and verify your identity; do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information. Changes Matspace identifies this notice by version and preserves the wording associated with recorded acceptance. Material changes will be presented for review where required. Studio participation notices and waiver versions are managed separately by the studio.
